Welcome to Workout 4 Cash ("Workout 4 Cash," "Workout for Cash", "W4C", "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Workout 4 Cash website, mobile application, services, content, features, rewards programs, challenges, promotions, and related offerings (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, downloading the application, accessing the Services, or otherwise using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account unless otherwise permitted by applicable law and authorized by a parent or legal guardian.

We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend access, or terminate accounts at any time and for any reason.

2. HEALTH AND FITNESS DISCLAIMER
Workout 4 Cash is a motivational fitness and rewards platform. The Services do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or healthcare services.

Participation in exercise, fitness programs, workouts, challenges, physical activities, nutritional recommendations, or wellness activities involves inherent risks, including serious injury, disability, illness, or death.

You acknowledge and agree that:

You voluntarily participate in all activities at your own risk.
You are solely responsible for determining whether any activity is appropriate for you.
You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program.
Workout 4 Cash is not responsible for injuries, medical conditions, health complications, property damage, or losses arising from participation in any activity.

3. NO GUARANTEE OF REWARDS OR EARNINGS
Workout 4 Cash may offer credits, points, rewards, prizes, incentives, promotions, contests, challenges, sweepstakes, gift cards, merchandise, cash-equivalent rewards, or other benefits.

All rewards are discretionary and subject to availability.

Workout 4 Cash makes no guarantee that any user will earn rewards, qualify for rewards, receive rewards, maintain eligibility for rewards, or achieve any specific outcome.

Reward values, redemption requirements, eligibility criteria, availability, expiration periods, challenge rules, and program structures may be modified, suspended, restricted, or discontinued at any time without notice.

Credits, points, rewards, and account balances have no cash value unless expressly stated by Workout 4 Cash.

4. FRAUD, CHEATING, AND ABUSE
Workout 4 Cash maintains a zero-tolerance policy for fraud, manipulation, abuse, or attempts to improperly obtain rewards.

Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

Creating multiple accounts.
Using automated systems, bots, scripts, emulators, or artificial activity.
Falsifying workout data.
Manipulating device settings.
Circumventing challenge requirements.
Exploiting software vulnerabilities.
Sharing accounts.
Providing false information.
Engaging in deceptive, abusive, or suspicious behavior.
Workout 4 Cash may investigate any account at any time.

If we reasonably believe a violation has occurred, we may:

Suspend or terminate the account.
Remove rewards or credits.
Reverse transactions.
Disqualify challenge participation.
Refuse future participation.
Take legal action where appropriate.
Workout 4 Cash shall have sole discretion in determining whether conduct violates these Terms.

5. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You are solely responsible for all activities occurring under your account.

Workout 4 Cash is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard account information.

6. USER CONTENT
You may submit content including messages, photos, videos, comments, reviews, profile information, workout records, challenge entries, and other materials.

You retain ownership of your content.

By submitting content, you grant Workout 4 Cash a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, display, promote, and otherwise utilize such content in connection with the Services and marketing activities.

You represent that you possess all necessary rights to grant this license.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services, including software, trademarks, logos, graphics, designs, content, functionality, features, and technology, are owned by Workout 4 Cash or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No ownership rights are transferred to users.

8. MODIFICATION OF SERVICES
Workout 4 Cash may modify, suspend, restrict, replace, or discontinue any portion of the Services at any time without liability.

Features, rewards, challenges, redemption programs, integrations, content, and functionality may be changed or removed without notice.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Services may integrate with third-party services, fitness tracking providers, advertising platforms, payment processors, social media networks, analytics providers, or other third parties.

Workout 4 Cash is not responsible for third-party services, content, policies, availability, actions, or omissions.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

WORKOUT 4 CASH DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, AND PERFORMANCE.

WORKOUT 4 CASH DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WORKOUT 4 CASH, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR OTHER DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF WORKOUT 4 CASH EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

(A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO WORKOUT 4 CASH DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM; OR

(B) ONE HUNDRED CANADIAN DOLLARS (CAD $100).

12. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Workout 4 Cash and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, successors, and assigns from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:

Your use of the Services;
Your violation of these Terms;
Your violation of any law or third-party rights;
Your participation in fitness activities, challenges, or reward programs.

13. TERMINATION
Workout 4 Cash may suspend, restrict, or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, and for any reason or no reason.

Termination may result in forfeiture of rewards, credits, balances, challenge eligibility, and access to content.

14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis.

Users waive any right to participate in class actions, representative actions, or consolidated proceedings.

Nothing in this section shall limit Workout 4 Cash's right to seek injunctive or equitable relief.

16. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Workout 4 Cash may modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
