It’s simple, workout 4 days a week to earn brand-name rewards. Accumulate your earnings by staying on track, but be careful, skip a workout and you’ll lose your entire balance. Once you have enough credits, you can redeem them for gift cards, merchandise and more.

Each time you complete a workout you’ll earn credits that can be used to redeem rewards. You can also earn extra credits by completing various tasks in the app such as tracking your water in-take, playing games, watching live TV and more.

*Important:
You must workout 4 days a week to maintain your credit balance. If you miss 1 or more workouts you will lose your entire balance.

Extra credits are any credits you earn by completing various tasks in the app. Please note that you are still required to complete 4 workout videos a week to avoid losing the extra bonus credits you have accumulated.

You’ve got options! Select from over 100 brand-name gift cards including PayPal cash, Amazon, Walmart, Prepaid Visa gift cards and more. 

Once you redeem a reward, you will find your ready-to-use virtual gift card under the “Your Withdrawals” tab.

Once your withdrawal request has been approved, and you’ve completed the KYC form, your gift card will be electronically delivered in the app under the “Your Withdrawals” tab within 7 to 10 business days.

1 credit is worth $0.001 USD.

If you do not workout regularly you’ll lose your entire balance. You must workout 4 days a week to maintain your balance.

If you skip one or more of your weekly workouts, your balance will reset. Account workout activity is reviewed every Monday at 12am Eastern-standard Time. 

Yes, absolutely! We’d love to work with you. Send us a 5 to 60 minute workout video, and we’ll review your video for submission to our workout database. Submit a video

No, having more than one account constitutes fraud and will lead to your account being banned. Your personal identification is verified to avoid duplicate redemption.

Completing a Know Your Customer (KYC) form is essential to ensure the integrity of our platform and protect against fraudulent activity like money laundering. By verifying the identity of our customers, we can prevent individuals from creating duplicate accounts in an attempt to deceive and exploit the system. Rest assured, your information is not shared with third parties and is 100% encrypted.

Yes! Absolutely. When you refer friends and family, you’ll earn earn 200 extra credits and so will your invitee! To invite friends or family, navigate to the “Main Menu” in the top left hand corner of the app, and select “Invite & Earn”.

No. Presently, members can not transfer your credits to a friend.

My Account FAQ's

To logout of your account, navigate to the “Settings Menu” in the top right hand corner of the app, and select “Logout”.

To delete your account, navigate to the “Settings Menu” located at the top right hand corner of the app, and select ‘Delete my Account”. Once you delete your account, the data can not be recovered.

To turn off app notifications, navigate to the “Settings Menu” in the top right hand corner of the app, then un-toggle the “Notifications” button.

Ads can be slightly annoying sometimes, we totally understand. However, in order to keep Workout 4 Cash free for everyone, ads must be displayed.
